WestMed Rehab History

Tim Pederson, CEO, along with partners Deb Holso and John Nesland founded WestMed Rehab in January 1998 operating the business of selling and repairing wheelchairs out of a modest 1,100-square-foot office space. Two years later, the trio expanded its services and its staff by adding respiratory care services and products, and six new employees. Only a year later, the company added orthotics and prosthetics to their list of services and immediately out grew the small office space. WestMed moved to its present location at 318 Mt. Rushmore Road and added nine more staff. The premier medical equipment provider’s continued growth forced them to add 3,000 square feet to its building and hire several additional employees. Today, WestMed Rehab operates out of a 10,000-square-foot office and has a staff of highly qualified personnel.
